PATRICK MARECKI

Counsel

Patrick leverages 20 years of experience with complex financial litigation in developing creative solutions to prenuptial agreements and matrimonial disputes.

While Patrick is a fierce litigator, his pragmatic approach recognizes that litigation is a means to an end, not an end in itself. He strives to find creative consensual resolutions to contentious problems and uses his deep restructuring knowledge to safeguard client assets. He understands the challenges that may arise when administering prenuptial agreements and he skillfully guides clients through the process to structure agreements in a way that support the client’s goals, concerns, and lifestyle. His comfort with financial litigation equips him as an effective yet diplomatic advocate for his clients.

Prior to joining Rower LLC in 2023, Patrick worked as a litigator at Milbank LLP, Baker Botts L.L.P., and Togut, Segal, & Segal LLP, where he developed extensive writing and trial experience and acted as a trusted advisor to boards of directors, senior management, estate fiduciaries, and individuals. He brings to Rower a wealth of experience in litigating financial restructuring, internal investigations, securities regulation, and corporate and international law.

Patrick lives in Manhattan with his two cats. In his free time, he enjoys reading science fiction, cooking, and meditation.
